We started as
a live platform supporting, promoting and booking local, young, talented and/or semi-professional artists and bands for our quarterly music stage. We learned that locally they would have a large fan base or gain lots of new fans, but that this isn't reflected in online reach and/or, more bookings and/or revenue. so we moved our scope from live performance to building a digital space that can help our artists and bands.
We learned that
In reality 99% of the artists is just too small to really receive substantial passive income via Social Media Networks. Also focussing on those global networks, they miss out on local exposure and opportunities to grow and expand. And being a real musicjunk, we really missed having a simple accessible local music chart, where fans can support and promote their favorite local artist.
So we build a platform
